This site provides general information about land improvement and contractor services in Eastern North Carolina, United States. Use it to learn about services and contact Down East Land Improvements about work you are authorized to discuss. Do not submit false requests, interfere with the site, or send unlawful material.

Estimate requests and project agreements

Sending a form, email, or message does not create a construction contract, reserve a date, or guarantee a price or service availability. Down East first discusses the location, access, conditions, and desired result to confirm whether the project is a fit.

Scope, price, scheduling, payment, permits, and other project responsibilities must be confirmed in a separate project agreement before work begins. That agreement controls the work. Weather, site conditions, access, and other project details may affect an estimate or schedule.

Calls, texts, and email

Provide contact details you are authorized to use. Down East may respond about your request by phone, text, or email. Where the form asks for consent to calls or texts, its consent language applies; consent is not a condition of purchase.
